Dealing with the Probate and Family Court can be a daunting and intimidating experience for people. I see the biggest challenge of this office to be altering that perception for people.I would do that through a very hands-on approach of interacting directly with the users of the court, through staff training, and through staunchly advocating for the resources necessary to improve the user experience.
