I am the most knowledgeable about the operation of the village, including the mechanical and legal issues. I have monitored and attended almost all of the council meetings for the last year and know what the government is doing and not doing.
I see four major issues; The treatment of citizens must change from treating them as subjects to treating them as our employers. I will ask for their help and advice and end the rude treatment.

Record keeping is abysmal. Public records are public and must be shared when requested. They must be organized and retrievable. I will finish what I started six years ago.

Our water system is falling apart and needs an overhaul. I would like to see it overtaken by Southwest Licking Water & Sewer. A 200 unit system is too small to handle efficiently by part time personnel. We have made little progress since its inception. At current rates a $117 utility bill could become a $91 utility bill.

A Park Board of Trustees must be re-established as required by the Ohio Revised Code. The park was built for the kids and must be taken care of. I will appoint new trustees.
Many think I am out to destroy the village through my un-incorporation efforts. Why would I do anything to hurt my personal financial interests? The heart of a village is in its people and not its government. My goal is simple. The efficient use of tax money is my goal. If the people want a village government they will keep it. If they see more benefit from un-incorporation they will vote it so. I am only one vote on that issue. The waste must stop.
