Experience (35 words max) I have served as a Superior Court Judge since 2001 to 2018 and served 9 terms as a House of Representatives member within the state of NC.
To repair the GA back to reasonableness and to regain the majority.

To return the GA of NC to positive progressiveness.

We should have a minimum set to a living wage set by the government.
Let me draw the lines.
NC needs to take what we presently have More at Four and Graduation and develop a plan and stick with that plan rather than changing plans every other year.
We probably should if it's of the DA’s office then. The review boards are internal functions.
I am not for it without a balance of regulation for making our environment safe.

3 favorite endorsements for this election I do not seek endorsements. I hope to be "endorsed" by a majority of the voters of Halifax, Edgecombe and Wilson counties.
First, I would like to contribute to an atmosphere of humility and mutual respect. Second, I would seek to transfer the power, the duty, and the funds for secondary education to the counties. Let them compete and "educate" each other.
The price of labor should be based upon an agreement between the individual employer and the individual employee. Leave the government out of it.
Redistricting should be handled by an independent panel.
#1. Build future schools to house all grades (K-12) so that the "entire family" can attend. #2. Keep the enrollment small enough to foster a "sense of community," thereby increasing school security.
This is a question best addressed to the municipalities, themselves.
Each case should be judged by its own merits.
