I will work tirelessly to raise teacher pay to the national average and beyond because our kids are worth it. I believe that heath coverage is a human right and I strongly support expanding Medicaid.
The legislature should take action to ensure fair work means fair pay for all people. That includes raising the minimum wage and passing pay equity legislation.
I support an independent redistricting commission, so we can take politicians out of map drawing. This is the only way to ensure the maps are drawn fairly every time.
Our top priorities should be raising teach pay to or above the national average and funding the billions of dollars of unmet construction and maintenance costs.
I support empowered police-community review boards and favor passing a statewide policy reflecting that position.
The environmental and economic risks of offshore drilling are too high to permit it.
