Experience (35 words max) George Graham has served in the NC General Assembly since 2012 in NC House, District 12. Before becoming elected, George was the Director of Adult Basic Education at Lenoir Community College. Since retirement, he has been passionately serving the people of NC.

The NC Legislature should take action and raise state and minimum wages to promote pay equity.
I believe the best way to handle the redistricting process after the 2020 Census is to appoint a bipartisan redistricting council overseen by the legislature and redistricting experts.
The two priority actions for the state to improve K-12 public education is to fully fund the school system to include enhancements for security, technology, classroom resources and teacher pay.
NC municipalities should have the power to create an investigation only police-community review board.
I am opposed. Off-shore drilling will have a negative impact on our ecosystem and economic development.
