Experience (35 words max) John has a 30-year career of corporate experience with a Fortune 10 company. He's the effective leader who knows how to get things done within a large organization. A vote for John is a vote for a return to thoughtful, responsible and effective government.
(1) Protect our coastline and irreplaceable natural resources from off-shore drilling or other contamination so as to protect our citizens and local economy. (2) Obtain the state's economic development and logistical expertise to aid rural areas improve infrastructure and compete for 21st century jobs.
Consumer spending is 70% of our national GDP. This means that when our citizens have money in their pocket, they can purchase good which naturally stimulates production, which stimulates employment.
Districts are based upon two things. These are the number of seats and the state population. We should endeavor to create commonly shaped districts of the varying sizes needed to meet the equal number of people per district requirement.
(1) In order to attract and maintain the best qualified teachers and administrators, we must offer at minimum the national avg wage. (2) We must assist our rural counties in upgrading facilities.
I am generally in favor. It depends upon the agenda and mission of the board.
I am opposed off-shore drilling. It is risky to our local economy and natural resources.
