Experience (35 words max) I am a semi-retired government worker. I made sure that the services offered enhanced the betterment of the citizens served on a daily basis, that regulations and rules were followed for the safety and welfare of the citizens.
My priorities are as follows 1) planned growth with the infrastructure as a priority 2) continued economic growth and jobs, 3) common sense fiscal spending
Policies that protect and expand affordable housing for those in mid to lower income brackets with a focus on the availability of quality affordable rental properties
I will pursue policies that promote job development through the high schools, the community college that would offer training programs and learning a trade while promoting equal employment opportunities
As Commissioner, I would continue the collaboration with the federal immigration enforcement laws that exist to make sure that the citizens are safe and secure. Written cooperative agreements are already in place.
As County Commissioner, I will ensure open dialogue by setting up a board of community leaders to meet regularly with the sheriff's office for an ongoing dialogue to meet the needs of the citizens of the county
