Amendment: Require Photographic Identification to Vote

“Constitutional amendment to require voters to provide photo identification before voting in person.”Common Cause North Carolina recommends you VOTE AGAINST this amendment, and here’s why:No one knows what forms of ID the legislature will deem acceptable. The legislature is asking voters to give them a blank check to decide who gets to vote and who has to jump through hoops. There are no protections written into this constitutional amendment for seniors without driver’s licenses, military service personnel deployed overseas, or legally registered college students.
